Oct. 24th at 12:45 PM—3:30 PM  Labyrinth Field-trip and Going Away Party for Susan Haines

We’re meeting at Healing Acres Wellness Retreat to experience their local labyrinth for a walking meditation. This is going to be a learning event in addition to a meditative practice in which we will find out more on the history and significance of the Labyrinth! It’s also our farewell party for Susan Haines—we’re going to miss you Susan!

Restorative 3 wk series

Mondays 9:15-10:15  Oct.

Unwind your morning with a beginner friendly mindfully restorative yoga practice, lying in opening and settling positions. Look at Wed. class info below for directions for once you get to 155 S. Section St., Fairhope United Methodist Church. We will be at the end of the hallway to the right in “the attic”, a cozy and calm room before the track & loft areas.

 

October Series 3 weeks: 3rd, 10th, and 17th

Private Sessions & Performances

Enjoy being fully supported by the cloud/swing as you practice using the fabric to stretch, strengthen, and lengthen the spine, decompressing vertebral disks. The ability to do a pull-up is not required but this is good conditioning towards being able to do one if you’d like to work toward that. Beginner friendly classes. No experience necessary. Updates about aerial classes & events.

Private sessions, festival appearances, and performances are available for booking. Request private group sessions. Schedule Aerial & Hoop performers for your party!

Beginner-friendly Sunset Yoga on the bluff ends at sunset.  Classes are held by donation and all proceeds go to charity, every March through October.
