Kids Yoga with Caitlyn and Shelli

Yoga principals teach kids kindness, compassion, and mindfulness. The physical benefits of yoga are a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Kids lead very busy and hectic lives that can rob them of their inner peace and joy. The day to day rush and go can create a lot of stress in a child’s life. The antidote to this stress is Yoga. The yoga postures will develop strength, balance, and concentration. The breathing practices will reduce stress and improve focus. Meditation creates a calm and clear mind and the playfulness that is a part of kids yoga allows kids to let loose and be silly.
