    Hi, Billie – so excited about your new adventure! I do have a question, though, regarding the Restorative Yoga series in October. The title says Mondays, but the October dates given (3,10,17) are all Tuesdays in October. Which is correct?

    Hi Billie, it is Retha Thompson, Shelli Saleeb’s aunt. I recently took several yoga classes at your studio. What a delightful experience each and everyone was!!! Your Chair Yoga for MS was an uplifting, rewarding experience for me. The Yin Yoga Nidra taught by Shelli Saleeb was so calming and relaxing. I have attended yoga classes in studios across the US. This studio is a gem, warm welcoming environment and competent teachers. I give this studio a 5 star plus rating!! Billie do you have an address to receive mail for your studio??

    I was wondering if taking my elderly mother to the chair yoga class next Wed and Thursday was a good idea. She is 80 years old has blood pressure and balance issues and I doubt she could get up from the floor. She stays active though, but has not done yoga or any breathing practice.
    I would go to class with her and her doctor has released her for all exercise but she has hip problems so she doesn’t walk much. I read the class description and it looks like it would help her. Thanks for any help you can give.

      She does not have to get down to the floor and if she is okay cognitively she is welcome to come and will be safe for class

    Steve Wetzonis, my chiropractor, suggested that I have a massage due to injury to my neck. He gave me your business card. I need a Table Massage (I guess) to “Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles & connective tissue &/ or injury relief.”

    I have attended a yoga class with Thruve in February which I throughly enjoyed.
    Cost is donation only right ?
